At lunch today Weston was sitting at the kitchen table and somehow got his foot stuck in the back of the chair. I took off his shoe and picked him up a little and his foot slid right out. When I got back to my chair Weston looks me in the eye and says "Thanks, for saving my life." Anytime buddy, anytime.
He must have had visions of being permanently attached to that chair. I can see it now. Walking to school, playing sports. Wonderful. He is right!
ReplyDeleteOne of the little boys I babysit sometimes managed to get his head stuck in the 4 inches between the back of the chair and the seat of the chair. It took me forever to figure out how he managed to get his head through, then I realized he tried to exit feet first through the slats. It's amazing how they can get stuck!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I live these little kids. It is amazing what they can get themselves into.
